Doma – Rental Manager: Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Doma is a rental property management app for landlords, published by Elcroft. This page lists exactly what Doma collects and what happens to it.

What Doma collects

Your account. Your email address and password, used to sign you in.

The records you enter.

  • Properties and rooms
  • Tenants: names, phone numbers, emails and notes
  • Bookings
  • Payments and expenses
  • Photos or documents you attach to bookings

Your settings.

  • Landlord name, phone and bank details, used on receipts
  • An optional Telegram chat ID
  • Language and currency

Where it is stored

Your account and records are stored with Supabase, which provides Doma's database and authentication. Row-level security is switched on, so only the account owner can read their records.

Some settings are stored on your device.

Subscriptions

Doma Pro is purchased through Apple. RevenueCat, which we use to manage subscriptions, receives your purchase status and an account identifier.

We never see your card details.

Exchange rates

Doma fetches exchange rates from public rate services. No personal data is sent with these requests.

What Doma does not do

  • No advertising
  • No third-party analytics
  • No tracking across apps or websites
  • No selling of data

Tenant information

Doma is a tool for your own records. You are responsible for the tenant information you enter, including having a proper reason to keep it and telling your tenants where the law requires you to.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and all its data immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel Doma Pro in your App Store account settings; the steps are on the Doma support page.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. How to do that, and the rest of what applies to every Elcroft app, is on our Privacy page. Use of Doma is covered by our Terms of Use.
